Those are the Vision Mini-TTs I referenced above. They're made to be more comfortable to use on road bikes where you don't have the upright and forward seat that TT and triathlon bikes have.

Overall I like mine, although recently I've taken them off just for a change. I also got a Vision riser kit that raises the height of the armrests about 2cm to make them even more comfortable.

I see 2 reviews on Amazon - one 5 star and one 1 star. Obviously whether you'll like these is a personal choice.
