I have a old chrome gt frame in the back, Its sitting outside for around 15 years, The rust is acutally minimal, I spent a couple weeks polishing the surface, Considering the rain here. Its probally equivalent to 2-3 outside in washington. But I really don't know. It could be just surface rust on the inside but crazy cancer on the inside of the tubing.
