Please read and sign this petition being encouraged by our neighbor and ally, Kenniss Henry. Her cycling advocating daughter was hit and run on the hard roads of Largo, PG County. As it stands, the motorist can endure a penalty of a few hundred dollars. Kenniss wants to change the setup so that motorist start at a much more serious status if anyone dies from a collision.
