alienbogey's: suggestion is what I do most of the time, in other words I just walk my bike into the store. The first time I did so was at the suggestion of the Fred Myers manager. However I still ask regularly about the racks that never arrive. It just seems to me that we need to be a bit more vocal in a polite way of course, in getting our needs met by retailers.
