I'm feeling ya, man. I threw on an extra layer myself, thermo said 27 but it felt like 15 with the wind. Second time I had a frozen bottle when I got to work
However, I put on a Nashbar rigid MTB fork on the commuter last night, and man! The upright riding position is nice.
Much more comfortable on my hands. I raised the stem around 100mm, might drop it down a bit, but it was nice. Steering compared to the old squishy fork was amazing!!
