Haven't ridden all week to avoid catching the flu bug everyone at work has, and so was well rested for these. Supposed to be at 280-300W, but I was too well rested to keep below 300, and averaged 318 on the last one.
Very nice, I don't have to do those until March 1st and I'm already dreading them (300-341watts).
