I'm mainly thinking that I could swap rear derailleurs if I had an emergency or something. I know that chains and cassettes are cross-compatible. Unfortunately, the Ultegra S2 is beyond my budget (but I like the white paint). The only reason the R3 fits is because it is the previous years model. I appreciate the input though!
