I'm sure it's a good frame, the components may include some that are original, but certainly some that came later.
I think its safe to say, so far, its worth saving. At least, as a project and it certainly beats the bill for me looking at a new lugged frame far far in the future. I will post the detailed pics later, but again, this is very appreciated
