To answer the questions:
The Sparrow and Mexico are original paint; Alpina and Super are restorations. Lightest bike in the bunch is the Alpina which comes out to about 19.5 lbs. I think the Mexico is around 20.5 - 21 lbs - sheds some more when a sewup wheelset with an Everest alloy freewheel is substituted.
Pricing is like anything else: it all depends on how much someone will pay
But I suppose, for a fully-pantographed bike - going by current Ebay standards, with original paint - probably looking at around $1500-$1800. Not that I would ever sell it; that bike is the one I've had the longest and, subsequently, we've been through a lot together.
It was even stolen in London, missing for a month, and recovered. That was a first!
