It's finally done. Sram Red 11-25 cassette and Speedplay Zero pedals just came in to complete the build. I was going to go with white pedals, but decided on black in the end. Also had the LBS swap the PC-1051 chain for a PC-1071. It supposedly shipped with a PC-1051 from Cervelo. I noticed it when I first went to pick up the bike, so they offered to swap it out for PC-1071 that is spec'd on Cervelo's website.

Now I just have to wait for the weekend to ride this thing! Hopefully the weather cooperates.
