The 10 is every bit as stiff, perhaps even a bit more so in the front and the 10 is smoother on the road. It's also lighter, does this mean that maybe it won't last as long, who cares, Cannondale still has lifetime warranty's on their frames.

If you are trying to figure out which of the two to buy you really can't go wrong with either, they are both great bikes, that being said, buy the 10.
