So my current one is measured from the angle perpendicular to the head tube, and the one I want is measured from the angle of the head tube in relation to the ground? So what I'm looking for is a 17 degree stem which could only be measured from the angle of the head tube since if it were measured perpendicular to the head tube, it'd be angled way below horizontal? I'm just trying to repeat in my words to clarify what you're saying.
