From my experience, Omnium rings are extremely loud when they are brand new but will quiet down as they wear in.
After riding in the rain, wipe your chain clean with a rag, or use a chain cleaner box thing if you have one of those. Then slowly lube every roller on your chain and spin your crank for awhile so it lets the lube go into the rollers of each link. Go do your thing for about 10mins or so, then come back and wipe your chain clean with a different rag. Well...everyone's got different chain cleaning ritual but that one is what I usually do.
