Wow!I looked at my other 2 road bikes and yes the brake cables are on the opposite side!Those being Exage and Dura Ace.The QR (QR is quick release isn't it?)looks strange cause there is none.Just bolts and nuts.The wheels are 27inch with shraeder valves.Oops,I guess you mean QR on the brakes!Sorry..
