Hello: Sorry to hear of your tonsils coming out. Many years ago, actually, 1992, I had my jaw brought forward. Then, they wired me shut for 8 long weeks!!!!! The physician that did the surgery, made me take nutritional classes prior to the surgery as a pre requisite. I actually learned a lot and believe me did not starve. I went thru Thanksgiving, as well as Christmas and News Year eve. You can eat anything you like (for the most part) Mix it with equal parts of water/milk to liquify i.e. potatoes, milk, squash, lentils. place in food processor and Drink, enjoy. Smoothies are great!!!!!!!! Baileys Irish cream and french vanilla ice cream is a big hit! LOL. Going to web sites for orthonathic surgery recipes will be helpful. Speaking to people like myself that have gone thru this also helps!!!!!! I will look into more for you and try to help! Good luck. If you like, I will give you my e-mail address. Praying for a quick recovery!!!!!!!
