Honestly I use Nike Running tights and a Mountain Hardware Dragon Jacket.

The tights are warm enough on cold days fall days 35 - 45 . Colder than that around here and you get wind and lots of it. They can handle a little wind 15 mph, but I wouldn't push it.

The jacket is awesome. I ride that this in the wind, rain, snow anything. It keeps you dry, warm, and comfortable. The only problem is that it comes in black only. At least it did when I bought it.
