I still eat eggs but limit my consumption alot more than I used to. My weekend omelette now includes spinach, mushroom, cheese, bean sprouts, peppers and asparagus. One heck of an awesome omelette. When eating pasta I've also lowered the % of pasta I eat and upped the amount of veggies I add to it.
