I've been veg for about 9 months, also gotten leaner and stronger, the transformation was incredible. I tried to go raw, but that was a bit too complicated.

1. Learn to make green smoothies
2. Sprouts are superfoods, find out about them

I still eat eggs but limit my consumption alot more than I used to. My weekend omelette now includes spinach, mushroom, cheese, bean sprouts, peppers and asparagus. One heck of an awesome omelette. When eating pasta I've also lowered the % of pasta I eat and upped the amount of veggies I add to it.

Those terriaki tofu packs for stir fries are amazing!
