I top mine off daily too.

Some inner tubes are more porous than others. My last set of tubes would lose ~2 psi/day from 60 psi target. My new tubes lose only ~0.5 psi/day. Even with the more porous tubes, I'd only lose 10 psi or so in a week.

30psi loss in a week sounds like a slow leak to me.
