Oh no I can build the wheel in fact just built a set for my CF road bike. I just thought for as cheap as I can get a new alum rim. This old rim does not work like new ones even cheaper ones. I just do not want to spend much, frankly could buy a new wheel pretty cheap. I just wAnt to build another wheel can get a rim for 15$.
