I plan to build them with Veloplugs, and there are two types:
There are Red and Yellow plugs, with the yellow ones larger for 8.5 to 9.3 mm holes.
Not sure about the size of spoke holes, but the C5.0's I got yesterday came with plugs already installed. Haven't taken them out to weigh them, but the wheelset came in at 1417g (627g front, 790g back) with the plugs installed. Advertised weight was 1350g w/o plugs/tape or skewers. A little heavier than I had wanted, but still within 5%
