For those with dog issues, two words for you: Cesar Millan. Watch his shows and learn something. Or better yet, read a book by him. His show is very popular, but people just don't understand his advice! It's not just entertainment!

I have a Vizsla and a Lab, both are large dogs. Despite their "nature," I can have them stop eating or drop a bone from their mouth by just looking at them. My Vizsla, a hunting dog, will not run after a squirrel off leash until I give the signal. The point here is that you're responsible for your dogs. Though in this case, I blame the husband.
