First 2x20's for the year. Actually the last one was a little short. There is a nice 7 mile stretch of road and there was a little bit of a headwind and after 18 min 45 sec I ran out of road.

It felt great and it hurt like hell.

No whips were involved and the only chains were 10-speed KMC.
