OK, here's a question for this jury of cycling peers:
I was talking with a cyclist (name withheld) who claims that one time he hit a pebble with his front tyre at such an angle that it magically shot the pebble forward and sideways and struck a vehicle in front of him.
Does this sound credible?
I believe. I shoot rocks at cars all the time. sometimes they go a little foward, but mostly to the side, of course that is where the cars are. I always wonder if they can hear it when it hits.
