You can keep an eye on Bonktown, they've been throwing Cutter (I think) cages up there pretty frequently. Can't speak for the quality as I don't own them.
In the non-carbon world, I've been really happy with my Elite Custom Race cages. They come in various color combos and (more importantly) hold bottles very securely. If you really want to blow the extra $100, they make them in carbon, too.
The local Performance Bike had the carbon ones on sale the last few weeks. Bought one, and then decided to buy the last one last week. $29.99 each. Check your local Performance Bike?
