what about ridding to or from work? thats what i do a lot of the time to get a ride in. i also have have a 2 and 3yr old so that doesnt make finding time any easier but fortunately i have a very supportive and understanding wife. her dad was a Cat 2 racer, owened a bike shop when she was growing up and, hosted a few races in the area so she is use to it.
