This is quite stupid of me. I went back to the frame box package and there actually a set of in line barrel adjusters included. They look like the Jagwire simple ones. They were just screwed all the way in and you could not tell what they were. Now how or where in the der cables do you place them?
I have never had a frame that did not have them built in.
If using shimano with cables that do not go under the bar tape place them an inch of so after the cable comes out of the shifter. If using cables that go under the bar tape place them prior to where the cable "bends". Mine are kind of in the middle of the bend and it took a while for them to get completely seated.
