Today was a race paced 24mile time trial from San Leandro to Cull Canyon (did Cull Canyon twice). My fastest time doing Cull Canyon in the past was 33minutes and 15seconds, I finished my second run of it today just a bit over an hour and 20minutes.
And then after that I did some hill repeats on this little half mile climb I found leading up to the EBRPD headquarters near Lake Chabot.
Probably around 30miles total, as Lake Chabot Road to the Lagoon lot is two miles, and I did four hill repeats.
