Bikes: Blue Giant Rincon, Green and Black SS Raleigh Olympiat, Silver japanese made road bike

I've looked at Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Langdon Tools,and Lowes. I plan on checking at Tacoma Screws. Unfortunately we do not have a co-op. I also check at my LBS and they refered me to langdon tools, they weren't even sure what the part would look like.

Has anyone used an eye bolt for this?
