Hello again!

Over the weekend I mansaged to procure a brand new set of Clipless pedals and shoes (Shimano SPD SL) and was exited about this mornings ride as I had been told by many that clipless was the way to go and would transform my ride, making me more efficiant and the ride faster!

By the end of my ride I was about 1.6mph slower than my usual average and my legs were KILING me!! am I doing somthing wrong? its the same route i usually take and although it was bitterly cold (1.5 degrees C) there were no strong winds and i wasnt carrying any more weight than usual...
