I find the rotating locks on my Axioms difficult to use with my rack due partially to their placement on the bags relative to the rack struts. Just be careful where you mount them on the buckets to avoid this. (I never lock my bags and have never had one dislodge.)

A buddy uses buckets secured with a small ratchet strap. I should think a strong bungy from base to frame bottom would work fine also. Be same system as Axiom uses on their bags.

The Lone Peak system looks like maybe a better option to me than the Axiom lock.
