Went years without a physical exam till one day I couldn't make it to the top of a bridge over the intracoastal canal, maybe 50'. Went to Dr next day, 4 days later was on the table having double bypass
Was told don't ride a bike nor drive a car for at least a month so as to not mess up the wires holding my chest together following the split apart. What did I do? Rode a bike in 3 weeks drove the car in 2, Stupid? Without question
