I miss one thing about my prior 2006 Specialized Allez triple: Speed. It was about 2mph faster than my 2009 Specialized Sirrus. However, I am more comfortable on the Sirrus, and I am in a position where I have a LOT more control over the bike, along with much better brakes and lower gears to get up hills.

But I sure do miss averaging 16mph on a 20 mile ride (I am not a lean roadie...) on my hilly country roads. Thats OK, I see more of the country now I also like the Hybrid community better than the Roadie community...
