Of course, if you want it to last, you have to rub it down with shortening and bake it in the oven at 300 degrees for a few hours when you first get it, and then periodically after long rides to keep it seasoned.

And besides, riding a 97 pound bicycle will only make you stronger.

Also, you've got to remember not to use soap to wash it, or else you'll lose that aerodynamic greasiness.
