I currently have the S900 cranks on my '11 Cervelo R3. From what I understand, these are the same exact crank arms used with the S975 Quarq power meter cranks. Would it be possible to keep my crank arms and BB, but just add the Quarq spider and rings?

I'm hoping someone has the answer..thanks in advance!
