Yeah - it can be tricky in the winter. I commute, but when it's really cold/windy/nasty in the morning, I cheat a little...I have a
folding bike, so I ride the train most of the way in and then ride on the way home, once it's a little nicer. Also handy for those days where it's nice in the morning but turns bad later in the day - I can take public transit home, I don't have to leave my bike at work, and it's not so bad when I forget my rain pants!
