Japan didn't really have any true high end components until Shimano released Dura-Ace in 1973. It took SunTour a couple of years to react with Cyclone. Consequently, the components you seek were available on lots of mid-range models too, and should be relatively inexpensive and easy to find.

I'm curious as to why you think the frame is a 1974?
