No....Although Waterford will do anything you want. The RS14 is probably half way between a racer and the Hilsen and it has no where near the tire clearance of the Hilsen.
The Adventure Cycle is most similar to the Hilsen and you could get one made to fit long reach side pulls rather than cantis.
