My current bike I believe to be a mid 1990s Jamis Quest or similar. When I bought the frame the guy told me it was a steel Jamis Cross frame, but the geometry is all wrong for a cross bike. It is steel, resembles the Quest from what pictures I can find, and it was repainted with no badge or stickers. The bike I am comparing to is the Lynesky T230.

If the handling will suffer at 70 degrees then I am not interested in the T230. I would like a bike with an increased seat tube angle even if it is 73.5 or 74.

My current bike is great I was evaluating my options in Titanium as I hear and read that it is a similar ride to steel when paired with a carbon fork.
