Yes indeed. Its freezing point is a bit below water, though. When I lived in the 'hood there was a corner store that kept 40s in an icecream cooler kept in between the two freezing temps. As we walked home with our really cold 40s massive amounts of condensation would form on the glass and freeze. When atmospheric conditions were just right it would be almost 1/8" thick by the time we got them home.

Now I'm craving an old fashioned root beer float, the kind were they freeze the mugs and use real ice cream not soft serve.
