Looks pretty good to me. I think it could be a hair lower; I usually leave about 1/8" space above large chainring, and setup to center when on the center cog of the freewheel, which you've seemed to have done. Set the outer stop so it doesn't hit the crank in the highest gear. You can slightly bend the tang on the inside front if not shifting to the large ring well. Spin the whole thing on the seat tube to fine tune.
Yes, the Campagnolos are very narrow and require trimming with almost every rear shift. Just the way it is.
