I have a 1971 Raleigh Super Course that is Carlton built DL100 with 531 Main tubes. I am not sure how you measure the 23 1/3" to tell what size it is. Do I measure the post from gear to saddle or the cross bar from saddle to handle bar. I also am not sure what kind of price to ask for the bike if I were to sell it. Everything is working, but the paint is scratched in several places.
