Not in my case. My bike weighs <15 pounds and I currently weigh 159. As riding season progresses typically my weight will drop to ~150. I ride in the foothills and mountains of CO = massive amounts of high altitude climbing where each ounce of added weight means more work for me. With this light being tucked in behind the seatpost it's aero profile will be negligible whereas adding ounces of weight here and there to the bike have a much more pronounced effect.
FWIW my Radbot 1000 was just delivered yesterday (60 grams) and I am more than happy with it's light output.
Thanks for the help and advice everyone, happy cycling.
