I am hoping to pick up a bee-yoo-tee-ful Super Course 12 frameset this week...finished in the "copper" color...would the SC12 still be considered a English-made model (it does have the Carlton frame decal)?

I also have a '73 Super Course with the Capella lugs...it's the 23.5 sized frame, while the frameset I'm buying is 25.5....I think I'll be more comfortable on the larger frame....
