I also have a '73 Super Course with the Capella lugs...it's the 23.5 sized frame, while the frameset I'm buying is 25.5....I think I'll be more comfortable on the larger frame....
You're in for a treat! The SC12 is a COMPLETELY different animal than the old faithful stamped dropout models, in both appearance AND handling. Butted 531 not plain gauge, cutout lugs(nervex still looks better IMHO), and the "copper" paint practically GLOWS in direct sunlight when it's polished out. Get some Pasela's on it, and it will put a smile on your face everytime to ride it. Mine is done up with Original 80 wheels(eyelet concave Weinmanns) and Suntour Cyclone M-II derailleurs, and a Suntour Superbe drillium crank. I need new pics of it, so I can show it off. I may take it outside and do that this weekend.,,,,BD
