I was out walking during my lunch break today and saw a scary sight. Picture this:

A young woman driving a small car (Honda, Nissan, etc.) with her left hand holding a cell phone held up to her left ear.
Her right hand was holding a pen and she was writing on one of these dashbard/windshield mounted notepads.

Question: Who was driving the car? :confused:

I'm glad I was walking on the sidewalk and not riding in front of her on the road.
