I weigh myself 2 or 3 times a week. It is specifically because I am trying to lose weight. If I weighed 132, I wouldn't be weighing myself. In the same way that I don't check my height every day, it's fine, no need to check. When I weigh myself, I go "Hmph!" or "Cool!" as the case may be and go on my way. I don't graph it or anything.
