How many of you jump on the scale every morning and what do you do with that info? Does anyone here keep track of this stuff and is this an indicator to "use caution"?
I step cautiously on the scale every morning.
What do I do with that info? I usually try to forget it immediately.
Do I use that info as an indicator to "use caution"? Sometimes .... as in, "Oops, I guess I should avoid the teatime snacks today"
One interesting thing I have noticed is that I gain weight during the weekends (the weekends are when I do my long rides) and I lose weight throughout the week.
