This was my first time with this rope. Just bought it a few days ago. The handles are 1/2 lb weights with ball bearings. Works nicely, it's adjustalbe in length too but I used it right out of the box. I do think it will work better about an inch shorter on each side, but this was an experiment since it's new and my first time with this one.

Ropes I've had in the past weren't adjustable so I think this one will be cool when I get I figured out.

My Dad bought us gloves and ropes when I was about 9. Brother was 11 so I got pounded alot till I was 12. After that, Dad bought us punching bags and stuff.
