Accidentally set a PB 60' power today. I did workout of 95% of ftp watts for 60 minutes, with a burst every 2 minutes to watts of 120%, hold for 30 seconds. I went a little harder on my bursts, and felt so good the last 5 minutes I went even harder. It might be time to adjust my ftp.
