My running has improved quite a bit this year. I'm running 4 miles virtually every time without a problem (although I'm still slow). But last week I did a 6 mile (my first) and hurt something in my heel, so I'm taking some time off from running for a week or two.
Sounds like youre ahead of me right now for sure. I didnt do a lot over winter. When I started training in January I went too hard too fast, and had to start over in Feb. Its coming along now, but im still working on it.
